The Role – Building Designer
As a senior member of the design team, you will:
Lead the design process from early concept through to detailed IFC documentation.
Use Revit and BIM360 workflows to produce highly detailed and coordinated documentation.
Review, the work of other team members to ensure constructability, design integrity, and compliance.
Coordinate closely with consultants, engineers, and internal teams to integrate structural, services, and compliance requirements.
Champion design quality while balancing client objectives, budgets, and production efficiency.
Provide leadership and mentorship, supporting the growth of the design team and contributing to process improvement.
Skills & Experience
Architectural qualifications with registration strongly preferred.
5 years' experience delivering custom, high-end projects through all project stages.
Advanced proficiency in Revit, BIM360, AutoCAD, and Enscape.
Strong construction detailing knowledge and ability to resolve complex design challenges.
In-depth understanding of NCC, Australian Standards, and best practice construction methodologies.
Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration skills, with a focus on fostering a positive and high-performing design culture.
A passion for design quality, innovation, and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
