What you will do
* Conductfunctional behaviour assessments (FBA)
* Developinterim and comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans
* Implementevidence-based PBS strategies and interventions
* Help clients and families achieve their goals and reach their potential
* Reduce and eliminate restrictive practices in line with best practice
* Train and coach families, carers and support teams
* Collaborate within amultidisciplinary allied health team
* Meet achievable KPIs with bonus opportunities
* Complete clear, compliant documentation aligned with NDIS requirements.
What we are looking for
* Current suitability as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner with an active practitioner number.
* Experience delivering Positive Behaviour Support within the NDS at Proficient level
* Strong skills inassessment, formulation and report writing
* Ability to manage a caseload independently and achieve meaningful outcomes
* Ability to meet reporting timeframes and manage competing priorities
* Comfortable working within a structured, KPI-driven environment
* Relevant qualification in psychology, social work, occupational therapy, speech pathology or similar
* Driver's licence and vehicle and willingness to travel locally
