We are seeking a capable individual to oversee the supervisors and contract support teams, managing key client escalations, and ensuring compliance with contract key deliverables and KPIs specific to the HVAC services provided to Monash University.
Here is a snapshot of your day:
* Manage a team of supervisors and contract support dedicated to Monash University account who will directly report to the operations manager.
* Oversee supervisors in conducting audits and driving the service delivery team for sensory reporting, HARO opportunities and other potential improvements.
* Act as the first point of contact for Monash University customer escalations.
* Lead Supervisors and Contract Support team to manage KPIs and expectations.
* Provide reporting of unbilled revenue and debtor status.
* Responsible for specific contract requirements for Monash University, including:
* Asset Data Capture/Validation.
* Space Served Asset Data: requirement to capture space/s (i.e., rooms) served data for HVAC assets.
* Ensure Verified compliance portal is compliant with essential services information
* Ensure weekly consolidated invoicing and monthly preventative maintenance invoicing from three internal teams is compiled and submitted in the required timeframe.
* Manage Preventative Maintenance WIP and KPI compliance.
* Manage variations to the Monash University HVAC Contract.
* Be a point of contact for escalations driven by the customer or "after hours on call technician".
Skills and experience you'll need to thrive in this role:
* Experience and industry knowledge in facilities management or building services management. Experience in the HVAC industry would be advantageous.
* High level of experience working and formulating spreadsheets with Microsoft Excel.
* Experience managing people
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to contribute to monthly financial review and financial forecasting.
