Position: Quantity Surveyor – Claims & Disputes
Mandatory Requirements (No Exceptions):
* Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor
* 3+ years' post-graduate experience
* Experience working in the UK or Ireland is essential
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will join a start-up consultancy, reporting directly to the Managing Director. This is a hands-on role with significant exposure to complex and high-value claims across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation of expert witness reports
* Support in adjudication applications & responses
* Work across a wide range of construction and engineering disputes
Candidate Profile:
* Proactive and self-motivated with a "go-getter" attitude
* Willing to work in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment
* Able to meet tight deadlines, including working outside normal business hours
* Keen to learn and take ownership of tasks from an early stage
