* Collaborate with Quality and Technical teams to review customer specifications and create tailored work instructions for metallurgical processes.
* Work closely with planning and operations departments to ensure production targets are met efficiently and accurately.
* Conduct microstructural testing using advanced optical and digital tools, leading investigations to identify root causes of deviations and implementing corrective actions.
* Digitise and organise metallurgical data, ensuring it is accessible for audits and technical reviews.
* Support live process audits by verifying that all metal additions, chemistry, and casting characteristics meet required specifications.
* Lead failure analysis investigations, identifying causes of casting failures and recommending preventive measures.
What You Will Bring
