The Senior People and Culture Officer is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for delivering streamlined human resources services. This HR subject matter expert will be a solution-focused and proactive professional who draws from their experience, qualifications, and expertise in navigating employment-related legislation.
* A degree equivalent to completion of a degree with at least two years' subsequent experience.
* Experience in interpreting and applying HR and payroll legislation, including industrial awards and Fair Work legislation.
* Demonstrated experience as a human resources officer supporting quality work across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding cultural engagement activities legal compliance beyond.
