About Us We are a fast-growing, privately owned Cosmetic Medicine company, based in Nedlands. We are seeking to appoint a talented and experienced Finance Officer to proactively support the leadership team and contribute to the ongoing success of our business. This is a permanent full-time position and offers a hands-on, operational role within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Some of the duties of this role will include;

● Daily recording of financial transactions
● Bank and cash takings reconciliation
● Stock reconciliation
● Monthly reconciliations
● End-of-month processing and reporting
● Assisting with price lists and pricing strategies
● Preparing ad-hoc financial and internal reports
● Assisting Finance Manager with P&L preparation
* Managing the accounts inbox and responding to queries
* Supporting reception accounting, invoicing and payments
● Supporting new staff packs and maintaining staff files
● Ensuring compliance with confidentiality, quality, and workplace standards
● Balance sheet reconciliations
● Assisting the Finance Manager with ad-hoc tasks
About you
About you We are seeking a Finance Officer with demonstrated experience in a similar role, someone who is a strategic thinker who will help us to achieve our financial and growth objectives. The ideal person will:
Essential
● Minimum 2 years’ experience in a finance, accounting or bookkeeping role
● Strong working knowledge of Xero
● High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
● Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
● Have strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
● Have sound computer literacy skills, proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of programs
● A proactive problem-solver with the ability to identify issues, think critically, and implement practical solutions Desirable
● Experience using Nookal / Zenoti (desirable, not essential)
● Experience in a medical, cosmetic or multi-entity environment (desirable, not essential)
● A genuine interest in the cosmetic medicine industry and working within a fast-growing, patient-focused business
