About the Role

We're seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Contract & Logistics Administrator to support our logistics operations from order placement through to delivery. This is a full-time, onsite role working five days per week in Henderson.

You'll assist with freight coordination, project documentation, scheduling, ERP processing, and communication with key stakeholders. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants hands‑on exposure to supply chain and project administration.

Applicants must have valid Australian work rights to be considered for this position.

What You'll Be Doing

· Logistics & Freight Support

· Assist in coordinating incoming (and occasional outgoing) freight

· Prepare shipping and transport documentation

· Assist with freight booking and logistics coordination

Project Administration

· Help coordinate complex orders and project requirements

· Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams

· Assist with delivery schedules and material drawdowns

Documentation & Delivery

· Prepare and manage delivery/collection documentation

· Enter and confirm goods receipts in the ERP system

· Ensure project‑specific documentation compliance

Team & Business Support

· Provide support across the Supply Chain and Inventory team

· Contribute to process improvements

· Assist with quality, WHS, and compliance activities

What You'll Bring

· Ability to juggle multiple priorities

· Positive and proactive attitude

· Previous admin/logistics experience is beneficial but not essential

· ERP exposure is a bonus (training provided)
