Our business is experiencing growth and we are on the hunt for our next Customer Service / Administrative team member superstar.
The role is Full-Time Monday to Friday 8.00 - 4.30pm and based in our head office in Ormeau, with 2 week Christmas shutdown.
**Overview Of Role**
- Scheduling of Quotes for our consultants - Liaising with the home owner, Real Estates & Tenants.
- Data entry of quotes and sending to our account & COD clients
- Scheduling of Jobs for our technicians for works to be carried out
- CRM Management - Data Entry
- Invoicing of Jobs
- Processing of payments from clients
- Accounts Receivable / Payable
- General Customer Service
- General Office / Admin Duties
**What we're looking for**
- Able to work autonomously and in a small team environment
- Must have experience working with CRM systems - preferable using SIMPRO
- Able to deal with a fast paced environment
- Must be able to multi task
- Adaptability to change in the work place
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to demonstrate professionalism
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
- CRM software: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service Office & Phone Based: 1 year (preferred)
