Job Description As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will: Represent WorkFocus as their single point of contact for all lines of communication and support for allocated customers. Explore and understand customer needs to develop solutions to address portfolio challenges, including cross-selling of products and/or services. Proactively manage portfolio performance in line with customer reporting. Conduct a variety of specific service assessments and/or rehabilitation interventions in line with WorkFocus service delivery requirements. Identify key employers and relationships and build workload through exceptional service delivery and customer service. Qualifications Skills and attributes to support the role include: Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or other equivalent allied health/work health and safety professions required. Minimum of two years of personal injury insurance experience. Strong understanding of customer drivers and customer service in work and wellness. Demonstrated experience in delivering repeat business and/or new business in personal injury insurance schemes. Commercial acumen to drive business growth, profitability, quality initiatives, and marketing activities. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
