Restaurant Supervisor Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading the front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and leading high-performing teams. You will be responsible for coordinating table allocations, managing inventory, and ensuring that all front-of-house areas are clean and well-maintained.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of waiting staff during service, ensuring high standards of customer service are consistently delivered.
* Assist with the training and development of new front-of-house staff.
* Manage table allocations, reservations, and service flow, and handle customer inquiries with prompt resolution of service issues.
* Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
* Monitor inventory of front-of-house supplies and coordinate with kitchen staff.
* Support the implementation of workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards.
* Provide table service, carry plates, drinks, and cutlery where needed.
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience as a Waiter Supervisor.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* High level of customer service and attention to detail.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings.
Benefits:
This is a permanent full-time position offering a competitive salary of $67,000 - $78,000 per annum.
Working Arrangements:
This role is based in Kalgoorlie WA and requires flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and evenings.
