We are a family-owned operation located in Helidon (25 km from Toowoomba). We specialize in the production of Sandstone products for both domestic and international purposes. Due to growth, we are looking to expand our team with a versatile, team-oriented individual to manage our office.
Responsibilities
Daily duties include:
Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
Payroll
Workplace health and safety
Government reporting
Human Resources
Qualifications
Computer literacy in the Microsoft Suite (Word, Office, Excel)
Experience using Xero
Reliable transport
Experience in Transport / Earthmoving & Construction / Mining is an advantage but is not necessary
Additional information
This role would suit an individual with complete time management skills who can prioritise their work in a busy workplace setting.
