To learn more, visit smartcommunications.com.Who are you?Experienced in a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar sales roleProven track record of achieving or exceeding qualified meeting targetsSkilled in tele-prospecting, lead qualification, and building long-term prospect relationshipsExtensive experience in outbound sales development targeting executive-level contacts at large enterprisesBackground in SaaS, enterprise software, or CCM is a strong advantageComfortable working across complex sales cycles and high-value opportunitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProactive, highly energetic, self-starter with a strong can-do attitudeThrives in fast-paced environments, managing multiple campaigns simultaneouslyProficient in Salesforce (CRM power user / “black belt” level)Hands-on experience with a range of sales techniques, including cold callingFamiliar with tools such as Salesloft, Cognism, and LinkedIn Sales NavigatorWorks well within cross-functional teams, especially alongside Marketing and SalesAmbitious professional eager to join a fast-growing tech company with best-in-class products, global collaboration, and generous commissionsThe responsibilities of the role include:Timely follow-up and accurate qualification of inbound inquiries and marketing campaign leadsCreate strategic campaigns with Salesloft cadences, collaborating with sales representatives on key target accountsStrategic outbound calling, email and prospecting cadences into new and existing accountsMaintaining and leveraging the database of prospects to effectively identify new targets for sales and marketingAbility to gather key information and insight into target organisationsIdentifying decision makers amongst the targeted leads to start the sales processBuilding relationships with decision makers in target accountsStrong focus on customer experience ensuring a smooth transition to the field sales teamCapturing of accurate and complete information in SFDCBuilding relationships with Sales teamWhat we’re looking for:Must have skills/experience:Excellent tele-prospecting and qualification skillsExperience in outbound sales lead development targeting executives within large enterprises.
