As a Support Worker in our Community Services team in Shepparton, you'll be supporting people in their home and community to build skills, enjoy everyday moments, and live life on their terms.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting customers with daily living activities such as personal care and mobilityEncouraging independence and skill developmentHelping people get out into the community and participate in activities they enjoyWorking alongside a supportive team to deliver person-centred supportAdvocating for the rights, choices and goals of the people we support
