Position Overview
A leading force in the property development and real estate industry is seeking a dynamic, high-energy Project Marketing Manager to join their Sydney Head Office on a full-time basis. With a robust pipeline of landmark projects on the horizon, this role offers the chance to lead end-to-end marketing delivery for some of Australia's most significant developments. The successful candidate will act as the creative and strategic heartbeat of the project team, working hand‐in‐hand with development experts to transform architectural visions into compelling brand stories.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Branding: Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies, leading project branding from initial ideation through to high-impact launches and ongoing sales cycles.
* Market Intelligence: Conduct deep‐dive market research and competitor analysis to pinpoint target buyer segments and optimise pricing positioning.
* Multi‐Channel Campaigns: Execute sophisticated campaigns across digital advertising, public relations, content marketing, and offline activations to drive high‐quality lead generation.
* Asset Production: Oversee the creation of premium marketing collateral, including bespoke websites, luxury brochures, video tours, and immersive sales environments.
* Event Management: Coordinate project launch events and community activations designed to build market buzz and convert interest into commitment.
* Performance Tracking: Manage CRM lead nurturing and report on key KPIs (CPL, conversion rates, and traffic) to ensure maximum ROI on marketing spend.
Experience & Skillset
* Industry Expertise: At least 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in brand creation and campaign leadership within the property/development/construction sector.
* Education: A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.
* Strategic & Analytical: Proven ability to interpret market trends and data to refine strategy and optimise budget allocation.
* Digital Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media strategy, and CRM tools to manage the modern buyer journey.
* Project Management: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple project timelines without compromising on quality.
* Interpersonal Impact: Strong negotiation and relationship‐building skills to manage external agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders.
