We're currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our frontline fuel team at our store. Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a safe working area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer experience to drive EG customers' loyalty
* Promote products and exciting deals
* Operate point of sale systems and assist with fuel and stock deliveries
* Maintain a safe working environment at all times
* Ensure effective merchandising and stock control for premium store presentation
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous retail or customer service experience is highly valued
* A confident approach to each shift
* Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
* A proactive communicator and solutions-focused team player
