The successful candidate will fully own our two Business Units for the ANZ markets and will use all aspects of the marketing mix to increase our demand generation, reputation, and industry profile in the region.You will be responsible for the ANZ marketing strategy and results. As such you will fully manage integrated campaigns within budget, track performance of the campaign against targets and provide regular reporting to the Team Lead. You must be comfortable with ABM, email-marketing, marketing automation, webinars, digital marketing, and social media together with trade show and conference operations. You will be supported by a global network of marketing professionals providing campaign strategy support, brand, content, digital, and design services. You will work closely with BDRs, sales, consulting, external agencies and service providers and any other stakeholders in the ANZ market.You should possess a minimum of seven years' experience in B2B marketing with a concentration on lead generation and Account-Based Marketing campaign execution, ideally within the software or technology domains. Proven expertise in marketing within niche industries and venture initiation in new markets is essential. The successful candidate will play a major role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.ResponsibilitiesEstablish territory marketing plans and go-to-market strategiesDevelop and execute lead generation and ABM campaigns using direct, digital and event tacticsBuild and manage target prospect data, CRM, reporting and analysis to company standardsDeliver marketing qualified leads to meet the ANZ business objectivesManage online and offline events including webinars, seminars, and trade showsLocalize brand content on the website, create texts for various cross-channel campaigns (texts, mailings, presentations etc.)Build our ANZ reputation via trade, social and vertical mediaWork closely with the ANZ sales team, management, consulting, external agencies, and service providersWork with the global marketing team to adapt initiatives to the ANZ regionMeasure, report, and analyze demand generation projects and performanceRequirementsProven B2B marketing experience, preferably in software or technologyDemonstrable email, digital and events experienceProven experience implementing marketing automation campaigns in PardotDemonstrable Account-Based Marketing campaign executionExperience working with social media as sales/marketing toolsExcellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
