Main Responsibilities:
Develop and sell products that are tailored to clients' financing needs:
Take charge of origination, the setting-up of financing deals and the structuring of financing proposals. Proceed with the execution of deals.
Present deals to the Credit Committee. Guarantee that the risk is controlled and the client relationship profitable.
Facilitate negotiations with clients, including structuring agreements and preparing legal documentation, to finalize and implement deals
Required Skills:
Financial Modeling: Using Microsoft Excel to prepare Discounted Cash Flow Models (DCF) and Leveraged Buyout Models (LBO)
Preparing Pitch Books: Use Microsoft Powerpoint to prepare pitch books, inclusive of outlook of the firm and solutions as raised by Natixis, which is then presented to potential clients
Client Management: Associates need to have great people skills as they are in client-facing environments
Problem solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and make sound recommendations based on available data
Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to changes in the financial markets, industry dynamics, and company strategies
Detail Oriented: Ability to pay very close attention internal systems and processes required of each potential opportunity
