At Stockland, we create communities that enable people to thrive. We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our Development Marketing team on a 12‐month fixed term contract, based in Melbourne. In this role, you will support the delivery of innovative, insight‐led marketing strategies that bring our communities to life and support strong commercial outcomes.
This role supports one or more residential assets, contributing to the development and execution of local area marketing strategies that align with project vision, customer needs and Stockland's brand. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high‐quality marketing activity across the customer journey.
What You'll Do
* Develop and implement local area marketing strategies that support asset objectives and sales outcomes
* Manage marketing plans, budgets and reporting in line with agreed business plans
* Coordinate eDM, digital and social media communications to customers
* Brief, manage and collaborate with external agencies and suppliers to deliver quality outputs on time and within budget
* Review customer, market and competitor insights to inform marketing activity and continuous improvement
* Support community development initiatives and integrate them into marketing plans
* Contribute to broader marketing initiatives, including national campaigns and seasonal activity
* Work collaboratively with development, sales and project teams to enhance the customer experience
This is a 12‐month fixed term contract, based in Melbourne, with travel to site as required.

You are a motivated marketing professional who enjoys working across multiple projects and stakeholders. You are comfortable balancing creativity with data‐driven decision making and take pride in delivering marketing activity that enhances customer experience and community outcomes. Experience & Skills That Count
* Experience in marketing strategy development and campaign execution
* Strong understanding of integrated marketing and customer journeys
* Experience managing agencies, suppliers and marketing budgets
* Ability to analyse data and translate insights into practical actions
* Property or project marketing experience is desirable but not essential
