**Sales Executive Opportunity**
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our high-performing sales team. This autonomous and hybrid role offers the chance to demonstrate strategic thinking and dynamic approach by identifying growth opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in interpreting market trends and competitor activities, developing solutions that address customer needs and drive business growth. This territory is primarily located along a major highway, with responsibilities including managing relationships with major mining companies and associated mining services.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional value and solutions to both new and existing accounts in the region. This includes the supply and sale of industrial and safety products. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Customer Care team, visit customers on-site, exceed company targets, and implement strategic plans to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
The Sales Executive's day-to-day tasks will include maintaining, developing, and growing key relationships within their dedicated portfolio. They will identify opportunities for growth through strategic planning and fact-based analysis, achieve sales and trading margin contribution targets, and maintain an effective territory call plan for existing and identified customers.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Minimum 3 years' B2B Account Management and/or Business Development experience (preferably in Manufacturing, Mining, Heavy Equipment, or similar industrial sectors).
* Exceptional relationship management skills with strong local existing relationships.
* Desire to engage face-to-face with customers, delivering effective sales solutions.
* Proactive and driven to not only meet but exceed customer expectations.
* Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across different teams.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM experience.
