Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Mortgage Broker to join our team in Melbourne, VIC. This hybrid role combines in-office work with the flexibility of working from home. As a Mortgage Broker, you will provide tailored loan solutions, assist clients with debt consolidation, support property buyers, and guide investors with financing options. Daily responsibilities include advising clients, managing loan applications, maintaining industry and regulatory compliance, and collaborating with the team to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
* Proven experience and knowledge in Mortgage Brokering and Brokerage services
* Understanding of Debt Consolidation and Mortgage Marketing strategies
* Strong background in Finance and client consultation
* Ability to foster relationships with clients and lenders to achieve favorable outcomes
* Certifications or licensing required to practice as a Mortgage Broker in Australia
* Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
* Experience using IT platforms for loan applications and client management is advantageous
