Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new business opportunities across property development and building management sectors Build and maintain strategic relationships with developers, property managers, and industry consultants Lead commercial negotiations for multi-year energy service contracts Develop business cases and commercial models for new project opportunities Present tailored energy solutions to prospective clients through proposals and commercial presentations Assess market trends and competitive landscape to refine value propositions and service offerings Collaborate with internal teams including operations, legal, finance, and regulatory to deliver client solutions Monitor industry developments in electrification, renewable energy, and sustainable building practices Manage sales pipeline from initial engagement through to contract execution Work with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements and regulatory obligations Support business strategy development and market positioning initiatives Drive revenue growth through effective relationship management and commercial execution What You'll Bring Our client is seeking a candidate who has: Professional with experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within energy or property sectors Understanding of energy markets, electrification trends, and sustainable building practices Proven track record in developing and maintaining commercial relationships with property developers or building owners Strong commercial acumen with experience in financial modelling, business case development, and ROI analysis Excellent negotiation skills with ability to structure and close complex service agreements Outstanding communication and presentation skills for client engagement and stakeholder management Strategic thinking capability with ability to identify market opportunities and business threats Ability to work autonomously whilst collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams Strong project management skills with capability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously Genuine interest in renewable energy, sustainability, and innovative energy delivery models Highly Regarded: Experience in energy services, embedded networks, or community energy systems Background in strata management, property development, or building services Knowledge of energy retail operations and regulatory frameworks Degree in business, engineering, sustainability, or related discipline Professional sales or business development qualifications Why Apply?
