SSA Recruitment is proud to partner with a growing HVAC services provider, seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join their Melbourne team. This role offers the chance to take real ownership of your work, mentor junior staff, and play an active part in a supportive, forward-thinking business.
The Role
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of HVAC service and maintenance contracts.
- Build strong client relationships through professionalism and reliability.
- Mentor apprentices and junior technicians, sharing your knowledge and leadership.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently, including urgent call-outs.
- Ensure work is completed to the highest standards with a client-first mindset.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a commercial HVAC service technician.
- Strong leadership skills and a willingness to mentor apprentices.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and independent decision-making.
- Clear communication skills and a professional approach with clients.
- Adaptability and confidence in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to high standards.
Must have:
- ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Cert III Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- White Card
- Driver’s Licence
