The Reef Hotel Casino is looking for a self-motivated and organised Marketing Administrator to join our team. About the role
As our Marketing Administrator, you will provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing Department with a wide variety of tasks that keep our campaigns, events, and communications running seamlessly.
No two days are alike – one day you’re scheduling social media posts, the next you’re coordinating promotional activities, merchandising, campaigns, and reporting. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll gain valuable experience, contribute to real projects, and play a part in creating great guest experiences.
What you’ll be doing
* Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team, including record management.
* Assist with planning the annual marketing and promotional activities for the Casino & Hotel.
* Coordinate promotional calendars and MC schedules.
* Tracking vouchers and gift certificates, including audits, tracking, and reporting.
* Assist with compliance documentation for subcontractors / entertainers.
* Brief graphic designers and assist with content for website, radio, TV, and in-venue marketing.
* Process invoices, reconcile budgets, and prepare reports.
* Monitoring website and internal digital activities.
* Order merchandise, promotional prizes, stationary, and related items as required.
