What you’ll do:
* Welcome residents, families, staff, and visitors with genuine care—both in person and over the phone
* Handle a variety of enquiries with professionalism and empathy
* Deliver a full range of front desk and administrative support services
* Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment in every interaction
* Embrace and learn new technology systems as part of your daily workflow
* Communicate effectively across a diverse range of people and situations
