About The Role
The Learning & Capability Trainer plays a pivotal role in designing and delivering effective, engaging, and scalable learning programs across the Lendi Group. Reporting to the Learning & Capability Manager, this position supports capability uplift across our operations, customer, product, and distribution teams. With a strong focus on innovation and user experience, you'll ensure that every program reflects our values, aligns with business objectives, and meets compliance requirements.
Job Description
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, partnering closely with Learning & Capability, Operations, and other teams to deliver effective learning solutions.
* Design, develop, and facilitate engaging learning programs across virtual and face‐to‐face environments, including session plans, eLearning modules, videos, assessments, and supporting materials.
* Tailor learning solutions to learner needs, business priorities, and real‐world operational challenges, ensuring content is practical, accessible, and outcome‐focused.
* Communicate complex concepts clearly and create an inclusive, engaging, and psychologically safe learning environment.
* Use learning systems, data, and feedback to track learner impact, improve training effectiveness, and continuously enhance the learner experience.
* Support mandatory, compliance, and risk‐based training requirements, ensuring materials are accurate, current, well‐documented, and audit‐ready.
* Apply creative learning approaches, including microlearning, gamification, video, and emerging technologies, to improve engagement and knowledge retention.
* Maintain high‐quality learning artefacts that are brand‐aligned, accessible, commercially aware, and delivered within agreed timeframes.
* Use tools such as Articulate, Vyond, Biteable, Venngage, LMS platforms, MS Suite, Confluence, Jira, and Slack to develop and manage learning content.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
* Strong facilitation skills across both face‐to‐face and virtual learning environments.
* Proven ability to assess learning needs and translate them into practical, engaging learning solutions.
* Experience designing, creating, and delivering a range of learning content, including digital and facilitated formats.
* Ability to use data, feedback, and learning insights to improve training effectiveness and learner outcomes.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across teams.
* Tech‐savvy and comfortable using learning design tools, digital content platforms, and evolving systems.
* Adaptable, organised, and confident working in a fast‐paced environment.
