As a Senior Associate – Communications & Engagement, you'll play a vital role in designing and delivering engagement strategies and communications that support transformation, change and business priorities, working with clients across finance, energy and resources, technology and FMCG.

What you'll do:
* Support the design and delivery of strategic engagement and communication strategies that help organisations navigate transformation, change and major business initiatives.
* Design clear and compelling narratives that translate complex strategies into simple, engagement messages for different audiences.
* Develop and write plain English content including scripts, presentation materials, employee communication tools, leader conversation guides, infographics, etc.
* Advise client stakeholders on communication approaches that build alignment, understanding and momentum across leadership teams and employees.
* Conduct stakeholder and audience analysis to inform communication strategies and ensure messaging resonates with key groups.
* Be part of a team designing and facilitating collaborative sessions with clients to unpack opportunities, ideate and progress solutions and advise on communication and engagement opportunities.
* Contribute to project delivery by acting as a primary point of contact for clients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and producing high-quality client deliverables.
* Listen to client issues and opportunities brought in by PwC colleagues and market contacts to shape proposals that introduce new possibilities and ways of thinking about human engagement.
* Use a range of digital tools (including AI) to ethically accelerate and elevate work.
What we're looking for:
* Experience in strategic communications, corporate communications, change communications or engagement (ideally at least three years).
* Background in consulting, professional services, in‐house corporate communications or agency environments is preferred.
* Strong writing and storytelling capability, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging messages.
* An audience‐first mindset with the ability to design communication and engagement approaches that resonate with different stakeholder groups.
* Confidence working with senior leaders and client teams, with the ability to build trusted relationships and navigate different stakeholder needs.
* A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
* Background or interest in using codesign to accelerate work outcomes.
* A curious, creative and proactive mindset when solving problems.
