We have privileged access to Aon’s global network of (re)insurance industry authorities to derive outstanding and compelling insights into the sources of competitive advantage in our industry.An Associate responsibilities include:Support Client & Engagement Leaders in delivering business-focused relationship management and strategic engagement services through critical initiatives for clientsLead data analysis by utilizing Aon’s proprietary data sources and implement key findings in strategic recommendationsInterpret data and deliver in-depth insights, conclusions and recommendations to clientsAssess client risk appetite, identify unrealized cross sell opportunities, analyze capability gaps and critical success factorsDevelop and maintain a fluency in the company's and insurers strategy, products, leadership and operations to enrich client outcomesDevelop knowledge about Aon’s products and services, whilst building relationships with Aon’s local and regional leadershipSupport sales efforts by conducting research on potential prospectsWork together with the rest of the Aon Inpoint EMEA team on cross-client initiatives such as client events, thought-leadership material, and product market analysis.Desired qualifications for this roleAssociate role requires between 2 and 5 years of experience in business management, strategy, project management, data analytics, insurance or financial services industryCandidates with less than 2 years of experience will be considered for an Affiliate roleAbility to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholdersExperience with analyzing large / complex data sets and distilling useful insights from themStrong interpersonal skills, relationship management, communication and international mentalityExperience in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Excel and PowerPointMaster’s degreeInterest in developing a career in Insurance/Financial ServicesFluency in EnglishOther European languages are considered a plusWe will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation and equal opportunity to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
