Key Responsibilities
* Build meaningful connections with youth through mentorship and guidance.
* Develop and implement engaging programs fostering personal growth.
* Provide emotional support and a listening ear to help young people navigate challenges.
* Collaborate to create a welcoming, inclusive environment.
* Utilize personal experience to inspire and connect with young individuals.
* Support children and young people with Dual Diagnosis, including trauma-based behavior, to feel safe and build trusting relationships.

About You
* Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care) or equivalent, or working towards it.
* Current or willing to obtain relevant regulatory requirements.
* Passionate about human rights and positive change.
* Empathetic and compassionate, understanding diverse experiences.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Enthusiastic team player eager to collaborate.
* Availability for 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and sleepovers.
