A Leader in Supported Living
As a Residential Team Leader, you will deliver exceptional care while guiding and empowering a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with your team to provide daily support, fostering independence and wellbeing
* Lead, mentor, and develop support workers on-site, promoting a culture of excellence
* Oversee the implementation of high-quality NDIS-funded care plans (SIL/SDA), ensuring positive outcomes for participants
* Manage rostering, inductions, performance support, and documentation effectively
* Act proactively, responding to gaps and ensuring participant satisfaction
Requirements
* 1-2 years of experience in leadership within a residential disability or SIL setting is preferred
* A Certificate IV or Diploma in Disability, Community Services, or Nursing is highly valued
* Strong person-centred, behaviour support, and advocacy skills are essential
* Excellent communication skills are required, enabling trust-building with participants, families, and staff
* A resilient leader with a proactive approach is necessary for success
