Workshop Controller Role
As a key leader in our multi-brand service workshop, you'll drive productivity, support technicians, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding concerns and scheduling work efficiently.
* Allocate repair orders to maximize productivity and quality.
* Monitor daily workflow and adjust to accommodate unscheduled jobs.
* Support technicians with diagnostics and troubleshooting across various vehicles.
* Quote repairs and identify up-sell opportunities.
* Track workshop performance metrics, including repair order status and technician hours.
* Assist the Service Manager with operational and team support.
This role requires strong leadership and coaching skills, excellent problem-solving and communication abilities, and proven time management and team dynamics experience.
