Overview
St Marys Community Health Centre is a small, integrated rural facility with an emergency department and eight inpatient beds. We deliver emergency, sub-acute and palliative care, alongside a broad range of community and outpatient services including community nursing, home help, an adult day centre, physiotherapy, social work, and child health. The Tasmanian Lymphedema Centre is based on site. Medical services are provided in partnership with our co-located GP practice, operated by Ochre Health. Our team works collaboratively to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care, with a strong focus on achieving positive outcomes for our consumers, our workforce, and the broader Tasmanian community.
The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and adaptable administrative professional to support the delivery of services at St Marys Community Health Centre.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-level administrative and clerical support across a broad range of functions, ensuring efficiency and adherence to established procedures and guidelines.
* Maintain strict confidentiality and work in accordance with all Agency and Hospital policies, demonstrating professionalism and sound judgement in all tasks.
* Coordinate rostering, payroll support, data entry, and reporting, using advanced Excel and MS Office skills while managing competing priorities.
Details
Permanent part time, day worker position, working 55 hours per fortnight. Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant. Salary
$66,049 to $70,993 pro rata per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. Salary packaging available; range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible. Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.
