The Innovation Role is a three-month pilot position where you will support our host and artist community by fostering local connections.
Your primary focus will be finding and securing venues and hosts in your city to create intimate live music experiences.

Key Responsibilities
* Source and secure venues and hosts in your city.
* Conduct regular venue site visits to ensure seamless operations.
* Act as the main point of contact for on-the-ground artist logistics, including advancing shows and managing artist guest lists.
* Work with the Artist Development team to curate compelling lineups.
* Extend offers to local artists and manage communications regarding artist scheduling and booking.
* Update and maintain artist records, ensuring accurate information for all talent.
* Stay connected to the local music scene, scouting new acts and building relationships to ensure an extensive roster of diverse, high-quality artists.

Requirements
* Experienced in supporting and booking venues and artists, with 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Possess a passion for supporting local musicians and bringing people together.
* Autonomous, collaborative, and communicative with a distributed cross-functional team.
* Sincere, empathetic leader with a culture of honesty, inclusivity, and accountability.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with deadlines.
