About the Opportunity
We are looking for skilled Food & Beverage Attendants to join our professional team to deliver a high standard of customer service with a friendly, positive 'can do' attitude and a helpful approach. This role offers exposure across all outlets with a broad range of service styles including conference & events, casual dining, pool and bar service.
Key responsibilities
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
* Serving food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
* Assisting with various tasks, such as stock management, inventory control, and cash handling.
What you'll need to be successful
* Previous experience working in a customer focused venue within fast-paced food and beverage service.
* A genuine love of hospitality and providing great service.
* Current VIC RSA Certificate
* Exceptional communication skills with a bright & friendly personality.
* The ability to quickly build rapport with guests and your team.
* Availability to work 3-5 shifts per week with evenings and weekends; rosters are available two weeks in advance.
