Responsibilities
End to end management of stock in the Rockhampton warehouse for all Granular Products & Cirrus Ag stock
Prepare and dispatch orders, working closely with Customer Service Coordinator to ensure stock levels across all warehouses are maintained to ensure continuous supply.
Ensure Rockhampton stock is managed and updated in our inventory control system, including full stock takes monthly, to meet the needs of the business, whilst ensuring that any anomalies are investigated thoroughly
Work closely with Customer Service Coordinator in relation incoming goods and inventory control.
Responsibility for day to day running of warehouse operations, housekeeping and general warehouse maintenance, ensure shed and grounds are always maintained and tidy.
Support for the sales team in maintenance and dispatch of marketing materials used for field days and events
Work closely with the Customer Service Coordinator to in relation to logistics partnerships
Develop and maintain sound communication with all internal and external stakeholders
Use initiative to make recommendations on cost saving and process improvement opportunities
Demonstrate an awareness of manual handling and demonstrated commitment to safety
Purchasing and inventory control of ancillary/consumable items
Assist Cirrus Ag with manufacturing and warehouse operations during busy periods as required
Assist Cirrus Ag Production Manager with Quality Control Systems and compliance.
Assist with WHS regarding maintenance of records, procedures and policies.
