Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Contracts Administrator. This role involves undertaking prequalification, preparing tenders, letting of contracts and providing contract administration services to manage the commercial and legal aspects of contracts.
You will work closely with various sub-contractors across multiple sites to ensure works are delivered in accordance with project requirements. The role is primarily based out of our main office but may require travel to construction sites.
The successful candidate will have experience working as a Contracts Administrator or Quantity Surveyor in the construction and engineering industry, with a degree in a relevant field such as Construction Management, Engineering, Economics or Law.
