A great opportunity exists for an experienced Radiographer – Medical Imaging Technologist to join the Medical Imaging department at a regional public hospital on the beautiful southwest coast of Victoria.
This role starts 5 January **** and will run for 6-12 months, providing a mix of CT and general X-ray work within a supportive, professional team.
The Role
Full time hours
Rotating Monday-Friday roster
Shared on-call (7 days per week from 5 pm onward, 10-hour breaks provided)
Mix of inpatient and outpatient work (booked and walk-in services)
You'll work as part of a close-knit, multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging with care and professionalism.
About You
Current registration with AHPRA / Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia (MRPBA)
Bachelor of Medical Radiations Science or equivalent recognised by ASMIRT
Current Victorian Radiation Use Licence
Competent in CT and General X-ray
Familiar with DR systems, 128-slice CT, OPG/CBCT and DEXA
(Desirable) Experience in Mammography or interest in completing a Certificate in Mammographic Practice
You'll bring solid technical ability, strong communication skills, and the confidence to work both independently and within a small team.
