An exceptional opportunity now exists for a vibrant, highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Lead to join the team. As the subject matter expert, you will be responsible for delivering this company's strategy, embedding a culture of continuous growth, and modernising learning delivery across the business.

You'll partner closely with senior leaders and Business Partners to align development initiatives with business needs, while championing contemporary learning technologies and inclusive, engaging practices that support diverse learning styles.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Leading the execution of the L&D strategy and annual learning calendar aligned to organisational priorities
* Fostering a future-focused, learning-first culture that values continuous improvement and capability uplift
* Introducing and embedding modern learning practices including digital tools, blended learning, and adaptive delivery
* Staying ahead of market trends, integrating innovative and best-practice L&D approaches
* Building strong partnerships with external training providers and facilitators
* Ensuring compliance with statutory and role‐based training requirements
* Collaborating with senior leaders to diagnose learning needs and measure impact
* Designing and delivering engaging, practical learning experiences across business and personal effectiveness topics
* Delivery of a forward‐thinking annual Learning Plan aligned to business goals

The successful candidate will be a passionate L&D professional who thrives on creating meaningful learning experiences and delivering real business impact. You will bring proven experience in designing and delivering contemporary learning strategies, along with strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.

With a commercial mindset, you're able to align learning initiatives to business outcomes, supported by your experience using LMS platforms and leveraging data to inform decisions. You're collaborative, proactive and innovative in your approach and always looking for better ways to enhance learning and capability across the organisation.
