Business Support Officer

* The primary focus of this position is to deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
* Administrative tasks will include handling customer inquiries, processing requests, and maintaining accurate records.
* The successful candidate will also support specialized areas such as cemetery services and immunization programs.
* An additional responsibility will be to process permits, licenses, and registrations in a timely manner.
* The individual will be required to create materials, including PowerPoint presentations and spreadsheets, to facilitate effective communication.
* Operational financial and purchasing practices will also be undertaken on a day-to-day basis.
