**The Duties**:
The duties will be diverse be focused on assisting clients by:
- Delivering and installing rental items
- Attending to warranty, service and repair requirements
- Inputting data and customer information into the client relationship management system
- Capturing leads in the field to pass to the sales team for follow up
- Travelling within the Gympie, South Burnett and Sunshine Coast regions
- Closely managing your schedule and coordinating with the rest of the team to maximise time effectiveness and the delivery of quality customer service
- Other duties as needed to support a successful whole-of-team strategy
**The Person**:
Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate:
- An established background in customer service, sales or marketing
- Proven technology and computer skills
- A strong team orientation that is focused on results
- The ability to work autonomously from on-the-road or from a home office environment
- A current driver licence
- Off-road parking facilities for the company van
- A clear criminal history with the willingness to undergo a pre-employment police check
Although not essential requirements, preference will be shown to applicants also able to offer:
- Rental industry or finance service industry experience
- Experience in the use of Salesforce and MS Office software packages
