Reporting to the General Manager, Marketing you will be responsible for creating all campaign communications and brand plans to ensure standout in-store activation and drive sales.
**You will**:
- Develop revenue generating marketing campaigns;
- Oversee the creation of all marketing material and communications, print and digital;
- Champion New Product Development to increase sales;
- Determine and manage the marketing budget and key performance metrics, reporting on investment return;
- Devising and implementing all Product and Channel marketing communications;
- Responsible for the implementation of digital strategies to meet business objectives and drive business growth;
- Managing external suppliers including creative, media and PR agencies;
**Is This You?**
- Background in a management level position from food retail or FMCG industries coupled with tertiary qualifications in a relevant management/business discipline or equivalent industry experience essential;
- A QSR background will be highly regarded (i.e. McDonalds, Hungry Jacks, Subway, Nandos, Grill'd and Domino's Pizza etc.);
- Strong attention to detail;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills;
- 4+ years' experience in marketing;
- Solid general knowledge of digital and general usability concepts and a genuine passion for digital industry;
- Familiar with SEO and SEM concepts and ability to question the relevant agency on their implementation and strategy; and
- Able to work autonomously and get hands on.
