Rehabilitation Consultant

We are seeking passionate and driven Allied Health Professionals to work as Rehabilitation Consultants. Our team is growing, and we want you to be a part of that.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will assist with an injured person's recovery, return to work, and life following injury or illness. You will conduct a range of assessment and case management services across various customer portfolios. Additionally, you will support people to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge. You will also interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.

This role is fast-paced, incredibly collaborative, and rewarding. It enables you to develop your skills and knowledge in Occupational Rehabilitation. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

We welcome both experienced Rehab Consultants and new graduates to apply. We have a dedicated New Graduate Program in place to support your career growth and development. The program includes formal induction and mentoring, monthly training, and an annual CPD allowance.

We offer a competitive remuneration package and generous uncapped consultant incentive bonus. You will also receive a welcome pack on commencement and the latest equipment, including a laptop and mobile. Other benefits include novated lease, purchased leave, salary sacrificing options, paid parental leave, access to our Employee Assistance Program, hybrid working arrangements, national secondment opportunities, and more.

We value our people and know that fantastic talent is the only way to shape our future success. We're all about building a high-performing team where we embrace collaboration and new ways of thinking.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine commitment to continuous improvement, honesty, integrity, and a good team attitude. They will also possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. A current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check are required for this role.

If you are looking to join a focused and driven team, take pride in providing a high-quality service, and have the drive to succeed, we want to hear from you.
