YMH is a leading builder of modular dwellings and commercial buildings servicing the Lifestyle, Tourism and Commercial sectors. With facilities in both Mulwala NSW and Bendigo VIC. All our modular buildings are designed and built to the very highest standards with a true focus on quality.

We are seeking a skilled Administrator to join our team in Mulwala, NSW. This is a part-time position, working five days per week, based at our head office. You will be joining an employer who values teamwork and a solution-driven mindset.

The successful candidate will be a confident, detail-oriented individual who is ready to thrive in a busy administrative environment.


Skills required:

* A minimum 2 years experience in an administration role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Advanced computer literacy and Microsoft Skills
* Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
* Ability to follow and drive for procedure improvements & efficiencies
* A positive and solution driven mindset
* Strong work ethic and the willingness to help others and work within a team
* Personal pride in the quality of your work and strong attention to detail
* Confidence to work independently
* Ability to meet required deadlines
* A good understanding of the building/manufacturing industry (desirable but not essential)


Responsibilities:

* Varied administrative support duties to your dedicated team members
* Perform data entry task efficiently and accurately
* Maintain and enhance document management and accessibility
* Liaise with all internal & external stakeholders efficiently
* Provide relief to other teams when required, or during leave periods
* System administration
* Opportunities for career progression & upskilling

* Work/Life balance working hours 7:30am – 4pm
