**Who You Are**:
- A qualified, experienced glazier (minimum 2-3 years preferred)
- Confident working solo and solving onsite challenges
- Comfortable engaging with homeowners in a polite, professional way
- Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and proud of your workmanship
- Pet door installation experience is a big plus (but not essential)
- You hold a current **driver's licence** and **police clearance (or willing to obtain one)**
