Monitors contractor progress, manning, and equipment levels relative to the plan.Construction Execution: Provides advice and monitors the contractor's construction planning & execution activities in the field to ensure that the construction process is optimized for safety, efficiency, and effectiveness.Construction Planning: Develops daily construction plans and monitors contractor progress and resource levels as per the agreed plan.Construction Execution: Ensures the contractor executes construction methodologies, strategies, and plans according to project standards. Oversees the contractor supervisor on-site, monitors performance, and ensures understanding of HSE requirements.Ensures contractors meet HSE standards, provides governance, and reports on HSE events. Conducts safety interactions, workplace inspections, and progress monitoring.
