We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to support our operations team. As an administrative assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.



Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in a similar administrative role, be familiar with Microsoft Office and other software systems, and possess excellent communication and organisational skills.



Key Responsibilities

* Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration;
* Manage job orders, logistics and general office tasks with efficiency and accuracy;
* Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.



Requirements
