Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Lead Distribution Engineer to join our team in the Greater Melbourne Area. This on-site role involves overseeing the design and implementation of electrical power distribution systems, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include managing distribution network designs, analyzing system performance, and coordinating with teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The engineer will also work closely with clients and stakeholders to fulfill project requirements and maintain operational excellence in energy distribution systems.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Electrical Distribution Design and Power Distribution
* Proficient in Electric Power systems and Electric Utility operations
* Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating system performance and solving complex problems
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
* Proven experience in power distribution engineering, preferably in the utilities industry
* Strong communication, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
* Understanding of regulatory standards and compliance for electrical systems
