We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Department Manager, responsible for leading our store operations and managing their department end to end.
Key Responsibilities

* Implement safety processes to ensure compliance within SOP regulations. Delivering safety training, supporting injury management and promoting a safe work environment

* Be able to effectively manage multiple priorities, team needs and customer expectations
* Ability to interpret and use data to monitor sales, forecast trends and drive strategic decision making
