About The Role
As a Data Analyst, you will help structure customer feedback, uncover insights, and surface key themes and opportunities for product improvement. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Organize and code customer feedback into clear, actionable themes.
* Produce regular insight reports highlighting key user trends.
* Flag urgent product issues raised in feedback.
* Manually review and triage user feedback into product categories.
* Identify patterns and opportunities to automate feedback coding.
* Collaborate with product teams to refine categorization and taxonomy.
* Conduct quality control of triaged feedback (bugs, feature requests, usability issues).
* Support improvements to feedback systems and processes.
Skills & Experience
* 3-4 years' experience as a Data Analyst.
* Experience working with large, web-based datasets.
* Familiarity with SQL, Elastic Search, or similar query tools.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to identify patterns.
* Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively.
* Ability to interpret ambiguous or translated feedback with accuracy.
