About the role
Brownhill Creek Tourist Park is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Housekeeper / Front Office to join our team at our location in Mitcham, SA. This is a casual role where you will play a key part in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
What you'll be doing
* Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and restocking supplies
* Assist with laundry and linen duties to maintain high standards of cleanliness
* Greet guests and provide excellent customer service at the front desk
* Assist with general administrative tasks and respond to guest inquiries
* Ensure all hotel public areas are kept clean, tidy and well-maintained
* Work collaboratively with the wider hotel team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a housekeeping or front office role, ideally within the hospitality industry
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines
* Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional manner
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
